// 01 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 7j7770 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content available at 7j7770.app and any associated mobile interfaces or applications. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any part of the 7j7770 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of any feature of 7j7770 after these Terms have been updated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 7j7770 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. // 02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

// 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7j7770 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, including placing bets, navigating the lobby, or claiming bonuses.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Accessing the platform in any way that causes or is likely to cause damage to, interruption to, or impairment of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the 7j7770 platform.

// 08 Account Suspension and Closure

7j7770 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Account inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 (or the account balance, whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to withdraw any remaining balance before their account becomes dormant.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the responsible gaming tools in the account settings panel.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 7j7770 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that any remaining real-money balance is withdrawn, as 7j7770 cannot process withdrawal requests from closed accounts. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be voided.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account, whether voluntary or by 7j7770, you will immediately lose access to all platform features. Real-money balances remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided your account was not closed as a result of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Any disputed amounts will be held pending the outcome of the relevant investigation.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 7j7770, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in the platform's Help section. The decision of 7j7770's designated dispute resolution team is final in respect of all gaming and betting disputes. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
